Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting the other party.

Arbitration: Any dispute not resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association (or equivalent body in your jurisdiction).

Class Action Waiver: Disputes must be brought on an individual basis only. No class actions, representative actions, or consolidated proceedings are permitted.
